Regulatory Affairs Officer

Key Accountabilities : 

• Suggest food regulatory recommendations and guidance throughout project network.
• Ensure approval of product registration (Imported RM & FG, including SFS production) and activities and product registration amendments within timeline.
• Support effective collaboration as well as build and maintain good relationship with TFDA, DLD, DOF and etc.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for products with the current laws and regulations by periodically updated regulatory information and share the interpretation of regulations with relevant parties.
• Ensure positive law and regulatory environment to business by monitoring regulatory development and assessing the impacts based on advanced interpretation of the upcoming regulatory guidelines and work with team for implementation. And deal and build relationship with government officer (TFDA, DLD, DOF and etc.)
• Assist scientific and regulatory advocacy initiatives supporting innovation Promote company activities with government officer channel

Qualification : 

• Good command English, both spoken and written
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in food technology or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of government contact and regulatory affairs experiences
