Modern Trade Sales Manager

Full-time

Key Accountabilities:

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for MDT; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Develop MDT sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Develops MDT specific sales plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products to in line with Company strategy.
  • Establishes and adjusts MDT selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand to in line with M&T GP sales budget.
  • Completes MDT sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains MDT sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains MDT sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Collaborates with Commercial and Finance to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
  • Manage of MDT expenses and business/financial issues on contracts and approve sales expenses in responsible area.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Experiences 5-10 years in managing Modern Trade channel such as MAKRO, LOTUS and/or other related account
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules analyze.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management and SAP will be advantage
