HR Training & Internal Communication Executive

Full-time

Key Accountabilities :

1. Training and Development:
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

2. Internal Communication:
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Manage internal communication channels, including intranet, email, and social media.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging.

3. Branding:
Promote and maintain the company’s brand identity internally.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the company’s culture and values.
Ensure all internal materials and communications align with the company’s brand guidelines.

4. HRIS Administration and Doing ad hoc work or any others assignment

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training, internal communication, and branding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially EXCEL and PowerPoint
