Customer Service Officer

Full-time

Responsibility:

  • Efficiently Manage Order Process, all order types
  • Proficiently Handle customer's order information in multi-platform
  • Collaboratively Work with the relevant parties in variety dimension
  • Productively Manage the respective report and documents
  • Thoroughly Handle E-mail management
  • Nicely Handle customer phone call in good etiquette
  • Others - as assigned

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • At least 2 years experiences in Customer Services, Customer Support, Customer Care, Sales Administration, Sales Support or the relevant jobs
  • Fast Adaptability, Positive Attitude, Great 3C (Coordinate - Collaborate - Cooperate), Proficient Communication and never ever stop learning
  • Computer Literacy. SAP, MS Excel and English Language are advantages
