Brand Executive (Ocean gems)

Job Highlight :

The main responsibility is to improve sales and profitability of Siam Food Services Own-Brand called "Ocean Gems" range at Indoguna Singapore.

Key Accountabilities :

• Be a Brand Ambassador, in-house expert for all Ocean Gems products.
• Lead and work with foodservice and retail team to promote Ocean Gems products in Thailand market.
• Work closely with Ocean Gems Regional Brand Manager, existing and potential Ocean Gems producers to create products that will succeed in the market.
• Keep track of business performance and develop plans on how to move the business forward.
• Organize relevant tastings and training for the team at Indoguna.
• Be responsible for resolving any quality issues on Ocean Gems.
• Work with purchasing, inventory and operations department to ensure stock, inventory and handling are managed correctly.
• Hit and / or exceed revenue and profitability targets for the brand.

Qualification :

• Positive attitude – must work positively and always look to find solutions (instead of simply highlighting problems).
• Commercially driven – It should be somebody that can easily identify opportunities and is driven to achieve targets and acquire new customers.
• Product knowledge – Though you don’t need to be a seafood expert, basic product knowledge is ideal.
• Initiative – Having a good sense of initiative is important.
• Passion – You should have a passion for good ingredients and good food.
